Local Event Spotlight
Looking for something fun to do and a great way to connect with the community?
BNI Scottsdale Profit Builders is hosting a night at the Scottsdale Elks Lodge, and it’s shaping up to be a really fun, family-friendly evening. This isn’t your typical networking event. Think local businesses, great conversations, and an atmosphere that’s actually enjoyable to be part of.
There will be food and drinks, carnival games, door prizes, and live music… something for everyone. Whether you’re looking to make new connections, support local businesses, or just enjoy a relaxed night out, this is a great opportunity to do it all in one place.
Hope to see you there!
Scottsdale Real Estate Market Update | May 2026
As we move into the heart of spring, the Scottsdale market is doing what it typically does this time of year… heating up.
Inventory has been gradually improving compared to earlier in the year, giving buyers a few more options to work with. That said, well-priced homes are still moving quickly, especially in the most desirable areas and price points. We’re continuing to see a healthy mix of activity, with motivated buyers actively watching the market and ready to move when the right home hits.
Home values have remained steady overall, with slight increases in certain neighborhoods where demand continues to outweigh supply. Interest rates are still a factor in buyer decision-making, but they haven’t slowed serious buyers who are focused on long-term value and lifestyle.
For sellers, this is still a strong window. Homes that are priced right and presented well are attracting solid attention and, in many cases, strong offers. For buyers, patience and preparation are key. Having a clear plan and being ready to act quickly can make all the difference.
If you’ve been thinking about making a move, whether buying, selling, or just exploring your options, this is a great time to start the conversation.

Spring has been full in the best kind of way, and I wanted to share a few highlights from the past month.
One of the standout moments was getting to see David Byrne live. Not only did he play some classic Talking Heads songs, but he absolutely Byrne’d down the house. His energy, his voice, the creativity behind the entire production… it was one of those shows you walk away from still thinking about days later. The visuals alone were unlike anything I’ve seen before, and somehow he still sounds just as good as ever.
On the professional side, I attended the Arizona Association of REALTORS® spring conference. It was such a valuable few days filled with important conversations, fresh insights, and a lot of learning. And yes, a lot of fun too. It’s always energizing to be in a room with people who are just as passionate about what they do.
I also had the chance to switch gears and put on my tour guide hat for Scottsdale Leadership Class 34. I led a tour through Old Town Scottsdale, which is always one of my favorite things to do. There’s something special about sharing the history, character, and hidden gems of a place I love with others who are eager to learn.
Now I’m looking ahead to summer and everything it brings. Longer days, new opportunities, and plenty of fun on the horizon.
Hope you’re all enjoying the season as much as I am.
