Home prices are stable, with bidding wars emerging for desirable properties. As summer approaches, a drop in mortgage rates could further boost buyer demand. In April, we hosted two concerts, which provided a fantastic opportunity to invite friends and neighbors to share a meal, enjoy some laughter, and listen to great original music. These gatherings strengthen our community and bring me joy every time.
The first concert featured Andrew Sullivan from Texas, who has been performing at our home for nine consecutive years. He is a talented musician who has become like family, and we eagerly anticipate his visit each year.
The second concert was with Jesse Terry, a musician from Connecticut. We had never met him until this week, but we had the chance to hear some of his stories and learn more about him.
Both Andrew and Jesse write original music, actively use social media, and sell their songs on Spotify. They are also part of a platform called Patreon, where subscribers can pay a small fee to get early access to their new music releases.
