Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of serving REALTORS® at the local, state, and national levels—bringing consistency, collaboration, and commitment to every role I’ve taken on. My journey has included service on multiple Boards of Directors and Executive Committees, and as Chair of several influential committees including Legislative, Government Affairs, and Budget & Finance. A member of Business Technology & Communications and participant in several Strategic Planning sessions.

Having completed both local and state REALTOR® Leadership Academies, I believe strongly in the power of informed leadership, shared vision, and collective responsibility. As a former Regional Vice President and committee chair, I’ve learned how to listen first, lead with purpose, and work toward solutions that benefit not just our association, but the professionals and communities we serve every day.

I’m running for Treasurer not just to manage the role, but to contribute meaningfully to the direction of our association and ensure our leadership remains member-focused, forward-thinking, and accountable.

Thank you for the opportunity to be considered as your next Treasurer for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®. This role represents more than a title to me—it’s a continued opportunity to give back to an organization that has shaped my career, values, and professional purpose.

Over the last decade, I’ve been fortunate to serve in many leadership roles, including as Chair of key committees and as a Regional Vice President. Each position has given me a broader perspective on the challenges and opportunities we face as an industry—and, more importantly, how strong leadership and teamwork can help us navigate both.

This candidacy is not just about numbers—it’s about people. It’s about working together to ensure our association continues to be a trusted, dynamic force for our members. I bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach, and I’m committed to making sure our leadership reflects the needs, voices, and aspirations of REALTORS® across Arizona.
