APRIL 2025

As spring settles in and the mornings grow brisk, there’s something rejuvenating about hitting the trails. I absolutely love hiking season here in Arizona, where stunning landscapes and vibrant colors are just a short drive away. Whether you’re summiting a nearby peak or enjoying a peaceful walk through the desert, it’s the perfect time to reconnect with nature.

Just like hiking, navigating the real estate market requires a strong sense of direction and a keen understanding of the terrain. As your trusted real estate agent, I’m here to guide you through every step of your home-buying or selling journey, ensuring you find a path that leads to your dream home. Let’s explore the beautiful opportunities that await in our local market together!

Happy hiking and happy house hunting!

This spring has kicked off with a lot of fun activities! I had a great time at the Chandler Chamber Ostrich Festival, which is a unique part of Chandler’s recent history. It celebrates the colorful early days of ostrich ranching when these unusual creatures were raised within the city limits. This was my first time attending, and I must say, the crowd was quite interesting, with a variety of fun activities.

I also had the pleasure of attending the Scottsdale Ferrari Art Show at the beautiful WestWorld of Scottsdale. My favorite art dealer was there, and it was wonderful to see him and share a photo together. This was the first year of the show, and I can’t wait for it to return.

Additionally, my husband and I had the opportunity to watch our son’s baseball team compete in their spring break tournament in Florida. His team finished the trip with a record of 5 wins and 3 losses. I love seeing my son in his element and look forward to watching him play over the next four years. Best of luck this season to the Dominican University Stars!
